Mica 90 heaters are for applications that require a square or rectangular design and are fastened directly to the die or barrel.

  • Operates up to 900°F
  • Built with 90° bends for rectangular applications like dies

  • Lockup: Flange, Extended Flange, Strap, Key, Barrel Nut, Compression Springs, Quick Release Latch
  • Mechanical: Add Holes, Notches, Built in Thermocouple or Thermowell
  • Lead Options: Flexible Fiberglass Leads, Armored Cable (BX), Braided Wire
  • Other Power Supply Options: Screw Terminals (with or without ceramic caps), Plug, Housing
